Talent12i’s tech-enabled infrastructure means lower overheads, allowing us to source, attract and represent the very best candidates, deliver a high-quality, personal recruitment service whilst offering more competitive fees than many traditional recruitment models. Talent12i's exclusive recruitment model is built around three straightforward commitments:
The 12% (of salary) fee applies to recruitment assignments where we have 12 days exclusivity (no other agencies engaged).
Non-exclusive recruitment also available, with fees agreed depending on specific requirements and whether other agencies are engaged.
Annual retained recruitment support packages also available.
Outsourced Recruitment
Talent12i specialises primarily in Finance & Accountancy recruitment (around 80% of recruitment assignments), while also recruiting Senior Management and Leadership appointments across functions including, but not limited to, Human Resources, Commercial, ESG, Procurement, Property and Supply Chain. We recruit for both permanent and interim (Contract fees are calculated based on the pro-rata annual salary).
In-House Recruitment Support
Aside from our outsourced recruitment service, Talent12i also provides a cost-effective consultative service to businesses that prefer to recruit directly. This includes recruitment health checks, ad-hoc recruitment support and ongoing retained partnerships, helping organisations refine their recruitment processes, improving candidate attraction and enhancing the application experience.
